“EXPRESSIVE MODALITIES”

Art as a language through forms of expression.

Art is a fundamental form of human expression that translates thoughts and inner visions into visual languages through colors, shapes, and pictorial techniques guided by creative ideas.
It acts as a bridge between the artist’s inner world and the viewer, prompting reflection. A union of technique and sensitivity transforms subjective experience into a work of art.
Artists express themselves through a wide range of modalities: painting, photography, sculpture… Today, creative expression has become a powerful tool for communication and collective reflection.
In the contemporary world, the promotion of art and culture takes on an increasingly broad and dynamic dimension. The works are innovative; artists experiment with new techniques and new languages while maintaining their creative identity. They speak a universal language made of symbols and connections to their lived experience, to new creative phases, and to the desire to share and create memories as well as a personal history of experiences and achievements. Art is the mirror of the soul.
The artist represents reality but reinterprets, transforms, and symbolizes it, creating a bridge between the visible and the invisible through metaphors or hidden symbols, leaving the audience the task of deciphering their meaning.
It is also important to know the artist’s history, their journey, and their way of communicating in order to fully understand the entire creative process, which requires time, heart, and mind.
The group exhibition presents a display that brings together 12 artists, each with their own techniques, styles, and different visual languages. The exhibitors are: Marc Aghemio, Sandro Frera, Thomas Heller, Gianluca Leuzzi, Michele Maffeo, Rohn Meijer, Yoshie Nishikawa, Elisa Oneto, Luz Maria Porta Fusero, Gianluigi Serravalli, Gianni Vecchione, and Valerio Virgili.
