“Codes and signs”

Collective exhibition curated by Silvia Ceffa
iKonica Art Gallery presents “Codes and Signs”, a group exhibition curated by Silvia Ceffa, scheduled from 18 to 23 May 2026. The opening will take place on Tuesday, 19 May at 6:30 PM.
The exhibition stems from the idea of exploring the relationship between language, symbol, and visual identity through different artistic paths, all united by a reflection on the sign as a primary form of communication. “Codes and Signs” brings together sensibilities, techniques, and contemporary visions spanning painting, matter, gesture, and conceptual research.
The exhibition brings together works by:
Mariapace Gritti Morlacchi, Giuseppe Pavia, Piero Bertalli, Stefan Velund, Letizia Omodeo Salè, Rosella De Cicco, Claudio Donghi, Elena Rizzardi, Rudy Di Pasquale, Marcello Manca, Melina Merlino, Franco Pulacini, Gianluigi Serravalli, Rosella Tapella, Mariam Cremades and
Romano Campalani.
Through a plurality of artistic languages, the exhibition path invites the public to reflect on the meaning of the code – understood as structure, trace, memory and interpretation – and on the sign as an immediate expression of human and creative experience.
The group show presents itself as an open space for dialogue between artists and visitors, where contemporary art becomes an opportunity for conversation and a reading of the present.
